Managing your emotions with mindfulness

Emotion management is the ability to be aware of and constructively handle both positive and challenging emotions.

During the day, we experience a variety of emotions, some of them are challenging and affect many aspects of our life: relationship, work, inner balance, ect. Successfully managing and regulating our emotions help us to see clearly through the mist of emotional turbulence and hence improve our decision making and our relationship with others and with ourselves.

Mindfulness practices develop our emotional awareness at the level of the body as well as of the mind, help us to better understand our emotions at their roots, their life-cycle and so facilitate the transforming process.

In this webinar, the facilitator will guide you through one of the most effective mindfulness practice to build your emotional awareness and develop your emotion management.
