RETREAT

Deepening our practices and connecting with ourselves, others, and nature.

We also organize retreats to deepen your mindfulness practice. During these retreats, you will immerse yourself in the mindfulness and concentration energy created collectively by all the participants and teachers in the calm and quiet environment.

A day of the retreat begins with a sitting meditation in the morning, followed by physical exercise to wake up the body, a breakfast in silence, then a teaching offer by our teachers on the theme of the retreat followed by a mindful walk in the nature. In the afternoon there will be time for group discussion – a sharing from the heart. We end the day with an evening sitting meditation.
