A 8-week evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. Developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in the 1970s by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga and exploration of patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling and action.

Date: Our next program (in French) will take place on Tuesday every week during 8 weeks from 19:00 to 21:30 (22:00 for first and last sessions) starting from 19 April 2022. The orientation session will be on Tuesday 12 April 2022 from 19:00 – 20:30 which is open for everyone. Please register to get the link.
The full-day retreat will be on Saturday 21 May 2022 from 10:00 to 17:00.
