What special about us
We integrate the science-based approach (Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, Stress Reduction, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness) and Contemplative Wisdom (especially mindfulness in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh) to make the program both rigorous and deep.
