Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize your own and other people’s emotions and use this information to guide wise thinking and behavior. Emotions are part of everyone’s work life and are essential for decision-making and for connection.


mindfulness

Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the present moment with curiosity and openness.

It’s a foundational skill that underpins emotional intelligence. Mindfulness practices train the ability to become aware of the present moment, building attention, focus and concentration.

Neuroscience
