Practitioner in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh since 2008, Certified Teacher of the Search Inside Yourself (Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence) program, teacher in training of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice program by Ryan M. Niemiec, translator of classic books on mindfulness and leadership by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Otto Scharmer, Robert K. Greenleaf.
Holder of an MBA specializing in leadership and strategy in Europe, coach certified by the American Board of NLP and Hypnosis, he has worked as a manager in several industries since 2005. Tan has taught mindfulness and leadership to many people and organizations, in particular General Electric, Salesforce, Heineken, L’Oréal, Manulife, etc.
